Snapshot of Job Description:Digital Marketing Associate/Sr Associate
Role:
Pilot and scale lead generation across all digital channels with a focus on driving new user acquisition
Planning and delivering targeting and funnel improvement experiments to expand reach with guardrails on CPA.
Improving on lead qualification framework to enable process efficiency for lower funnel teams.
Strategize and implement CLM campaigns for user reengagement and retention
Work closely with vertical marketing teams to own channel delivery with landing page optimization channel events messaging and creative formats.
Research assess and implement best and emerging industry practices.
Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics.
Experience and Persona:
23 years of experience in delivering measurable RoI and growth through performance marketing on digital channels (Google FB Affiliates)
Demonstrated experience in growing products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10
Strong understand of A/B testing audience targeting bidding strategies on various platforms.
Experience in managing lead gen campaigns with an onlineoffline business model preferred.
Demonstrated experience in driving growth with improving RoI using digital marketing.
Basic understanding of analytics tools and attribution models
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Team player flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Persona: Must have 2-3 years of experience handling digital marketing campaigns for multiple accounts Demonstrated experience in growing startups Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.
