Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design development customization and maintenance of our Odoo applications. With a focus on enhancing functionality and ensuring optimal performance the Odoo Developer will contribute to the successful implementation of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements conduct thorough system analysis and gather detailed specifications for Odoo development projects
  
• Customization and Development: Utilize strong technical skills to customize and develop Odoo modules based on the specific needs of the organization. Ensure that the developed solutions align with industry best practices and meet quality standards.
  
• Integration: Integrate Odoo with other systems and thirdparty applications to facilitate seamless data flow and enhance overall system efficiency. Implement robust data migration strategies when required.
  
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Odoo applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and comprehensive technical documentation for all Odoo development activities. This includes code documentation system architecture and configuration details.
  
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including but not limited to business analysts project managers and other developers. Actively participate in meetings discussions and knowledgesharing sessions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant and Developer.
  
• Proficiency in Python programming.
  
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and customization.
  
• Experience with web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
  
• Odoo certification is a plus.
