Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship and Strategy Management to join our Global Sourcing team.
Location: home-based, EMEA region
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the given country without employer sponsorship.
Reporting to: Senior Director Strategic Business Development and Analytics, Global Sourcing
This role involves teaming up with regional sourcing and category leaders to create a Supplier Relationship Management Program, making our connections with key suppliers stronger and boosting vendor performance.
Alongside global category leaders, you'll be crafting processes, templates, and schedules to formalize category strategies, ensuring smooth communication across the entire organization.
Your knack for working seamlessly across teams and regions, combined with a visionary approach to managing both category and supplier strategies, is crucial in fostering internal and external relationships that drive strategic initiatives and add value to the organization.

What You'll Bring:

At least 5 years in the chemical industry in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing

A solid understanding of chemical processes and materials
