About the Role

This role combines Agile Coaching Program Management and Business Administration tailored for our product & service landscape. The ideal candidate will facilitate our development teams transition to Agile methodologies ensuring that our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This includes all our our business and development process including GoToMarket and Customer Success coupled with managing essential business administration duties to support our organizational growth.

In your new role you will

• Implement and refine Agile methodologies across our teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as a mentor to teams and individuals on Agile practices Lean thinking and effective Program Management techniques.
• Facilitate planning sessions retrospectives and sprint reviews ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
• Develop and maintain a program management framework to oversee the progress of various projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify risks and impediments affecting program progress and work proactively to resolve them.
• Liaise between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Oversee business administrative functions including budget management resource allocation and HR.
• Promote a culture of innovation and resilience encouraging teams to devise creative solutions for challenges in the EMC domain.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in EMC and Agile methodologies continuously integrating best practices into our operations.

You will succeed in the role because

• You have a proven experience as an Agile Coach with a strong background in software development and program management.
• You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving strategic goals.
• You have strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a track record of managing complex projects in a fastpaced environment.
• You are certified in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and Program Management (e.g. PMP PgMP) which is a plus.
• You love to work with engineers and software developers helping them as servant leader to become successful.
