About the Job

Were looking for an experienced HR Manager(m/f/d) for one of our portfolio companies.

In your daytoday work you will oversee talent scouting & recruiting while also demonstrating a passion for HR management and people operations matters.

In this role youll:

• You will be responsible for the endtoend recruiting process across various departments and will be overseeing the entire application process of a candidate
• Possess a holistic understanding of HR operations linking HR events with relevant topic areas and initiating corresponding tasks
• Engage in all people operations topics including preparatory payroll internal bonus systems and management of external EoR agencies
• Manage and enhance performance management systems and mechanisms
• Provide HRrelated counsel to the management team.

Your Profile

• A Professional degree in business administration business psychology human resources or a related field with 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role focused on hiring
• Demonstrating relevant experience in personnel recruitment preferably within the tech industry
• Communicative with excellent German and English skills and a passionate networker
• Exhibiting independence a solutionoriented approach and a handson attitude while prioritizing accuracy and serviceoriented processes
• Actively contributing ideas with a keen interest in contemporary human resources practices and a penchant for optimizing existing processes
• Ideally experience of working in a startup or highly agile corporate environment.

Please note that we are looking for support in the Stuttgart office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
