As a Junior Consultant you will work alongside our Consulting Team your Mentor and Manager and will have the opportunity to work and innovate with the latest security and information protection technologies. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients existing technical infrastructure processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Develop customised technical solutions including hardware software and systems to address clients specific needs and challenges
  
• Provide expert advice on technologyrelated decisions such as system architecture software selection and infrastructure upgrades
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues both proactively and reactively to minimise downtime and disruptions
  
• Educate clients and share knowledge with internal teams on the use and maintenance of technical solutions and create documentation for reference
  
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients updating them on project progress issues and recommendations
  
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as sales development and support to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions
  
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  

You will have:

• Desire to acquire indepth knowledge of relevant technologies systems and tools depending on the field
  
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to assess complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions
  
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner to nontechnical stakeholders
  
• Ability to manage time effectively by prioritising tasks effective planning time allocation meeting deadlines problem solving etc
