In this role you will be tasked with providing administrative support at our Livingston depot across several contracts. You will be responsible for managing the daytoday administrative requirements to ensure they are carried out diligently and accurately. A professional and confidential manner will be required at all times.
Role & Responsibilities:
Answering calls and liaising with colleagues
Managing reviewing and maintaining organised filing and office systems
Supporting colleagues as and when required with administrative tasks
Assisting colleagues and coworkers with ad hoc duties as directed by their manager
Diary management
Responsible for own health and safety and adhering to company policy and procedures
Responsible for ongoing personal development to assist the business
Ad hoc admin as required; Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Raising purchase orders
Ordering stationery
Administration of motoring offence fines
Organising travel including accommodation bookings travel (ferry flights trains etc) in the UK and abroad
Preparing travel itineraries
Previous experience in the Telecoms/Civils industry preferred
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel Word and PowerPoint
Organised and proactive approach to work
Ability to work in a strong team environment
Excellent communication skills
Uses own initiative to develop ideas and practices
Excellent timemanagement skills
Flexible approach and positive attitude to work
Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality is key
