Senior Care Assistant

We are recruiting an experienced senior care to join our team at our Clients sites in a care home at Maldon Essex.

Responsibilities

• To deliver care to service users as directed by care plan
  
• Previous experience administering medication
  
• Report any changes or concerns to Manager
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
  
• Assist Residents in maintaining their personal hygiene
  
• Report accidents or incidents to senior staff
  
• Promote independence
  
• Effective communication with Residents colleagues families and our team members
  
• Report any complaints to Manager
  
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures
  

Job Types: Fulltime Temporary

Salary: 11.00 14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
  

Experience:

• supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
  
• providing care: 3 years (required)
  

License/Certification:

• Driving License (preferred)
  
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
  

Work Location: In person

Requirements

• Experience within the residential or nursing care sector desirable.
  

• Ability to work as part of a team.
  
• A flexible and reliable working attitude.
  
• Live in the local area or have access to own transport.
