Requirements
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients health conditions including physical psychological and social aspects.
Clinical Interventions: Administer medications treatments and medical procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients vital signs and response to interventions.
Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and preventive care measures. Ensure patients understand and can manage their health effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including assessments care plans interventions and outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients families and the healthcare team. Provide clear and concise information and support to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive care.
