As a Registered Nurse on our team you will care for our residents like you would care for your own family looking after their physical psychological and social needs and ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care.
You will create a safe and supportive environment for our residents who have a range of physical and mental needs. Relying on your professional judgement you will make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities from developing tailored care plans to administering medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.

Requirements
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients health conditions including physical psychological and social aspects.
Clinical Interventions: Administer medications treatments and medical procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients vital signs and response to interventions.
Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and preventive care measures. Ensure patients understand and can manage their health effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including assessments care plans interventions and outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients families and the healthcare team. Provide clear and concise information and support to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive care.
