Your Workload
Intercept Live Chat:Engage with customers through live chat providing timely and effective support.
Phone Support:Offer assistance to customers via phone addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Account Management:Manage customer accounts ensuring a positive and productive relationship between clients and our organization.
Assist the project managerin creating project plans and timelines
Communicate with clients developers and other stakeholders
Coordinating tasks and schedulesfor team members
Track project progressand make adjustments as needed
Assist in troubleshootingand problemsolving as issues arise
Help toensure that projects stay within budget and on schedule
Participate in meetings and conference calls as needed
Help to document projectprogress and outcomes
Help with researchand analysis of customer requirements
Manage the project scope timelines and deliverables
Help to test the website before it goes live
