Tasks

Global factoring payments and credit

1. Ensure that our global compliance strategy is fully compliant is every relevant region. We have already done the grunt work so this is mostly about double checking.

Ad Hoc support

1. We love to ask questions and will do so from time to time. Your job is to support with credible answers that we can trust and base high stakes decisions on.

Requirements

What were looking for

• A truly good person with a strong character and equally strong values. This is a requirement.
• Great service skills and the ability to build trusting relationships in a highstress environments
• Legal genius who is equally comfortable with the law as with creativity.
• Techsavvy and highly intelligent professional experienced with fintech and the emerging market of embedded finance
• International mindset and growth oriented personality with a strong tendency to thrive outside the comfort zone
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Highly proficient with financial lingo and terms is also required

The specifics

At least 5 years of experience as a legal expert within a relevant field. Bonus points for:

• Exposure to FinTech ()
• Exposure to factoring
• Exposure to payments
• Exposure to credit and SMB lending
• Exposure to accounting

Relevant tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions in rare cases.

How will we assess things

We care about dialogue. In many cases we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us than we do from the questions we ask you.

Our steps:

1. Initial interview with Seb (30 45 minutes): Lets talk about what makes you you. And your accomplishments so far.
2. Cofounder talk
3. Final interview with Seb (1h)
4. Reference call withs your (former) colleagues. At the same time youll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question.
