Job Summary : Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential leads through telephone conversations.
- Gather information about prospects to determine their needs and interest in the product or service.
- Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of the product or service being offered.
- Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage future business.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or issues
- Gather information about competitors market trends and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.

- Time management skills to meet call quotas and targets
- Listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
