Object Technology Solutions Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Oracle C2M Trainer.
Oracle C2M Trainer (LOCATION Philadelphia DC Boston or NY)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
Training Developer is responsible for developing organizing and conducting divisional training programs for the rollout of PGW s enduser training for Oracle s C2M product implementation. In addition the Training Developer develops and designs training modules that are required prior to the golive date of the new CIS project in order to train all endusers who are impacted by the solution.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
4 to5 years of experience working in training training program development adult education or other related disciplines
2 to 4 years of Oracle s C2M Product knowledge
3 to 5 years of CIS experience
Ability to analyze business requirements assess Utility Reference Models (URM s) work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SME s) to develop training modules for enduser training
Must have knowledge of computerbased presentation programs such as Power Point Adobe and Publisher.
Experience with using a Learning Management System (LMS) and creating modules using software such as Adobe Captivate Camtasia iSpring or other related elearning software
Responsibilities:
Develop and design training modules and courseware based on the Oracle C2M solution and internal PGW business processes including but not limited to: course content outlines course materials online and computer based training material hard copy manuals visual aids quick reference guides and fact sheets.
Catalog and maintain library of training aids including computer based training materials departmental communications corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
Perform other special projects and assignments as requested.
Participate in select classes as requested by the Training Lead
Identify and mitigate risks related to the Training Workplan
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API s integrations Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Customer-focused mindset Willingness to learn new technologies and processes QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience in application software support Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
