We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive and patientcentered care within our medical practice. The practice nurse will collaborate with other healthcare professionals manage daily clinical operations and contribute to the overall wellbeing of patients.
Requirements
- Conduct general health assessments and screenings for patients.
- Administer vaccinations immunizations and other injections as required.
- Provide wound care dressings and assist with minor surgical procedures.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension through regular monitoring and patient education.
- Conduct health promotion and disease prevention activities within the practice.
- Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care including referrals and followup appointments.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in the electronic health record system.
