We have an immediate need for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager with a wellrounded skill set to join our rapidly growing agency team. You will be responsible for leading social content strategy and execution for a high impact fortune 500 client. The successful candidate will use their social media prowess to realize polished and impactful content in a timely manner working seamlessly with various stakeholders production sponsorship and client partners.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will use their social media prowess to realize polished and impactful content in a timely manner working seamlessly with various stakeholders production sponsorship and client partners
Own all organic social and community strategy and execution across brands social media portfolio based on content goals established by client
Imprint on editorial calendar for brand recommending wellinformed posting dates/times for around 4 large initiatives per month
Develop and maintain a culture and industry calendar consisting of culturally relevant moments that may influence brands content month over month
Support the Asset/Community Manager in publishing approved content across brands social platforms ensuring proofing and spec alignment before final handoff
Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations for future content
Lead brief and content creation alongside clients for 4 large initiatives each month
Draft all copy (incontent and post copy) for all content
Codevelop briefs alongside strategy client services and client and effectively brief in production partners with speed
Partner with creative and design leads to execute bespoke content requests
Qualifications
5 years of creative agency inhouse or relevant social media marketing experience
Experience with complex brand work where navigating multiple levels of stakeholder approvals on a fast timeline is commonplace
Extended knowledge of the social media space inclusive of best practices and key metrics
Proficient writer for social content solid aesthetic sense and ability to provide creative direction
Eagerness to test and learn while not compromising integrity or quality of content brand voice or social platform styles
Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for creative best practices
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage several workflows at once
Strong problem solving skills to help find winwin solutions for the client and agency as challenges arise
