Job Description

Job Title: German Speaking Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor Bilingual Fluent in German and English

Location: Woolston Warrington WA1 4RW role is based from their site in Woolston Monday to Friday

Salary: 27000 plus 33 days holiday Life Assurance pension and other great Company benefits.

The role is Full Time and Permanent and will be working Monday to Friday and will be shifted between the hours of 8.00 am 8.00 pm so could be a mixture of some 8.00 am 4.30 pm some 11.30 am 8.00 pm or other shifts in between these hours.

This role is office based in Woolston Warrington there is no option for home working.

Our client is actively looking for Bilingual Ecommerce Customer Service Advisors with a passion for providing excellent service to their ecommerce team as part of their Parts Plus Distribution Centre in Warrington.

Your primary role will be to deliver firstclass customer service to current prospective and new customers via all forms of online customer engagement. You will enjoy working closely with key members of the ecommerce and operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit covering continental European regions including Germany.

Our client is currently looking for people with the following language skills:

  • Fluent in English and German speaking reading and writing.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by answering customer queries primarily via email live chat and telephone for their German online channels.
  • Resolving customer queries received through our clients European eBay Amazon and ecommerce webshops.
  • Resolving and processing returns exchanges and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with couriers with outbound/lost/damaged intransit shipments.
  • Coordinate orders on internal/external systems.
  • Coordinate with external ecommerce partners.


Attributes:

  • Fluent in German as well as English.
  • Computer Skills Microsoft Outlook and Excel Zendesk eBay and Amazon Seller Central experience desired but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multitask and react quickly to urgent inquiries.
  • Ability to communicate well with all internal departments.
  • Professional email and telephone manner.
  • Confidence to speak to a wide range of customers.
  • An interest or knowledge of vehicle car parts is desired.
  • Technical experience with ecommerce platforms (desired but not essential).
