Highgrowth B2B Healthtech SaaS company seeking SDRs

We are seeking passionate and hardworking candidates to join our client as a Sales Development Representative

Our client is on a mission to help clients transform their patients lives. We know providers didnt go into business to focus on marketing. We partner with Medical aesthetic practices (such as Med Spas Plastic Surgeons Dermatologists ect.) to help them sell more of their cashbased high margin services.

As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for finding potential leads by implementing various sales strategies. You will also be responsible for understanding the products and services offered by the company.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert cold leads into introduction meetings with Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team on all recently held webinars/events
  • Work within SFDC to follow through on all campaigns/cadences
  • Meet daily activity KPI through phone call emails and all other outreach
  • Actively seek new business in the market
  • Achieve a expert understanding of all products and services offered
  • Maintain monthly quota

Who we are looking for

  • Ideally 1 years of SaaS or HealthTech sales/business development experience
  • Desire to achieve and win at the highest level
  • Growth mindset (Better Better Never Best)
  • Goal oriented
  • Great organizational skills (Daily/Weekly Planning)
  • Wants to pursue a career in Sales
  • Techsavvy (Microsoft/GSuite/SFDC/Linkedin)
  • Willingness to learn and develop
