This role will be based just outside Durham and it s an amazing opportunity to join an awardwinning company who are continuing to grow and expand.

As the Internal Recruiter you will work within the wider team on sourcing for roles across different departments within the organisation involved within the full recruitment life cycle from advertising the role to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter include:
Conduct briefing meetings with the hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role.
Writing job descriptions and posting job adverts on job boards
CV Shortlisting
Sourcing candidates
Screening applicants
Coordinating interview
Recruitment administration Issuing offer letters contracts and right to work documents.
Requirements of the Internal Recruiter:
Experience within recruitment and sourcing candidates
Experiencing using LinkedIn
Selfmotivated
Proactive
Good communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
