We are looking for a Registered Nurse (Days) in the Peterlee area. This role is based within a wellestablished care home looking after elderly patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs developing and implementing nursing care plans and maintaining medical records.
This is a full time role please note we do NOT offer sponsorship.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Assess patient health by conducting physical examinations obtaining medical histories and evaluating laboratory results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs administer medications and observe changes in patients condition.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
