Job Description
Our Clients lovely large and busy nursery in Watford on great transport links are looking for an experienced senior practitioner to support and lead their busy PreSchool Room. Great salary is being offered c 26k plus plus loads of great benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
