Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Chinese for a wellknown international school in Hong Kong.

Oversee and continuously develop the Chinese curriculum informed by policies directed by the HKSAR Education Bureau and the wider Mainland China context.

Source evaluate coordinate and procure learning resources to support the program.

Under the authority of the Principal recruit highcaliber faculty to the program and ensure appropriate induction for them.

Supervise and manage Chinese faculty including lesson observation mentoring coaching and appraisal.

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher with Bachelor s Degree or above in relevant subject disciplines plus PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Applicants should be registered teachers with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
