Job Summary: A Tele sales Executive is a member of the sales team who will contact clients potential customers or previous customers by telephone. Their aim will be to sell or upsell products and services.
Role & responsibilities:
Creating contact lists with potential customers details listed.
Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.
Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
Work towards sales targets.
Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirement:
Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
Basic knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce.
Fluency with office programs (Word Excel etc.)
Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus.
Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Shift: US shift
Working: 5 days (Saturday Sunday off)
