The MDU Acquisitions professional at KTOB Solutions will be responsible for all acquisition activities within Gauteng. Your primary focus will be on gaining access to MultiDwelling Units (MDUs) in Johannesburg building and nurturing relationships with tenants and landlords and driving sales.
This role requires a selfmotivated individual with strong sales experience excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Access Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to secure access into MDUs in Gauteng.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address access challenges and ensure successful penetration.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong rapport with tenants and landlords within MDUs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and property stakeholders ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Sales Drive:
- Proactively promote our products/services to potential clients within MDUs.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed set targets
