Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with toptier industry stakeholders in Nigeria positioning the company as a preferred partner.
  • Understand and cater to the needs of stakeholders aligning the companys offerings with their highend residential commercial and hospitality projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players potential clients and partners.


Market Penetration and Capture:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the companys market share and revenue.
  • Strategically target and secure a dominant share of highend project opportunities aiming to capture 80% of the toptier market segment.


Brand Positioning and Thought Leadership:

  • Develop innovative strategies to maintain the companys topofmind presence among industry leaders ensuring continuous growth and brand dominance.
  • Conduct activities that enhance the company s brand recognition establishing it as an industry thought leader.


Digital Marketing and Public Relations:

  • Strategically market the company across all relevant digital marketing platforms to maximize online presence and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials campaigns and sales pitches that effectively communicate the companys value proposition.
  • Implement effective public relations campaigns to solidify the companys brand perception as the number one leader in the AudioVisual and automation integration industry.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.


Sales and Revenue Targets:

  • Lead and mentor the Marketing and Sales teams setting ambitious performance targets and driving the teams towards achieving them.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets by closing deals with a minimum size of $25000 across residential commercial and hospitality sectors in Nigeria.
  • Drive sales strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent revenue growth and market share acquisition.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking events to enhance business relationships and identify potential leads.
  • Prepare detailed reports on business development activities including ROI analyses market penetration and sales progress.

Professional Development:

  • Encouragement to stay abreast of industry trends through continuous learning opportunities such as workshops certifications and seminars related to marketing and sales.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles or business development with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively and manage complex contracts.
  • Deep understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes

Requirements: This position is open preferably to a female candidate Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any discipline Candidates with a digital marketing certification will be preferred. 1 - 3 years of experience preferably in a digital marketing agency. Areas Of Work Search Engine Optimization Social Media Marketing Content Marketing Email Marketing Funnel building and implementation End-to-end campaign management.
