Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Parati you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and assist in digital marketing activities. Whether youre a newcomer to the field or a seasoned designer youll have the opportunity to contribute to various design projects and help shape our brands visual identity.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs using a combination of Canva Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for a variety of marketing materials including Vectors Infographics banners print and digital advertisements social media graphics email campaigns and more.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and target audience preferences.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work adheres to our brand guidelines maintaining consistency across all materials.
Image Editing: Assist in image editing and retouching tasks to enhance the quality and impact of visuals.
Research and Trends: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to incorporate feedback and refine design concepts.
Assist in Content Creation; Creating and posting a wide variety of content blogs website copy social media posts proposals business plans presentations etc.
Edit proofread and improve the content
Requirements
Qualifications:
1 3 Years Experience
Excellent Communication skills
Bachelors degree
Experience with Digital Marketing/Content Marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.).
Basic understanding of design principles layout typography and color theory.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in designing for both print and digital media.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision.
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
