Responsabilitats
Confirmar els preus i el termini de lliurament amb el provedor arxivar la documentaci relacionada amb la sollicitud de compra a travs de Docuware. Corregir errors en les comandes. Generar i enviar comandes a provedors un cop rebudes les sollicituds autoritzades. Tramitar comandes via web.
Fer un seguiment de les comandes pendents i actualitzar les dades a SAP informar els usuaris de SAP.
Reclamaci comandes pendents fora de termini productes en mal estat etc.
Tramitar devolucions amb provedors. Informar els grups de recerca de les condicions de devoluci quan sigui necessari. Coordinar les devolucions entre grups logstica recepci i provedor.
Arxivar documents relacionats amb peticions i comandes amb laplicaci Docuware
Realitzaci de comandes.
Requisits
CFGS dAdministraci i Finances o equivalent.
Nivell de catal castell i angls: conversa fluida (no cal certificat).
Bon coneixement de les eines de Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word i PowerPoint).
Experincia amb SAP.

Preselecci: El procs de preselecci es basar en la qualificaci i lexpertesa reflectides en el currculum dels candidats. Aquesta fase es basa en mrits.

Technician Purchasing and Logistics (Ref: MGMT 202404)
The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is looking for a Technician for the Purchasing and Logistics Unit to cover a sick leave.
ICIQ is one of the worlds internationally recognized leading institutions in the field of chemistry committed to solving major social and economic challenges by conducting top quality research in three main areas: SustainableCatalysisRenewable Energy and Health. Responsibilities
Confirm prices and delivery time with the supplier file documentation related to the purchase request via Docuware. Correct errors in orders. Generate and send orders to suppliers once authorized requests are received. Manage invoice payments. Process orders via web.
Track pending orders and update data in SAP inform SAP users.
Claim pending orders after the deadline products in poor condition etc.
Process returns with suppliers. Inform groups of return conditions when necessary. Coordinate returns between groups logistics reception and supplier.
Archive documents related to requests and orders with the Docuware application
Placing orders when administrative support is absent or on vacation.
Providing support when necessary to the Administrative Support Unit within the areas of competence of the unit (mostly the scope of purchasing orders/reporting of research projects and travel organisation and settlement of expenses).
Requirements
CFGS in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
Catalan Spanish and English level: fluent conversation (certificates not required).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP.

ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:
