Your role in a team:

• Architecting our Data team: Lead and mentor a team of analytics and data engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration within our different teams and departmental analysts to provide datadriven insights.

• Promote DataDriven Culture: Advocate for a datadriven culture organizationwide promoting data literacy and decisionmaking based on data insights.

• Strategic Data Contribution: Shape the data strategy with a focus on our data platform (Data Infrastructure Data Warehouse and analytics platform).

• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data privacy security and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you need to be successful:

• Experience:

• 5 years of handson experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role demonstrating the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively

• Background / Experience with Performance Marketing or other Marketing related roles

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and dbt for data modeling and transformation

• Knowledge of Python for scripting and data manipulation

• Experience with modern cloudbased data stacks (e.g. Airflow)

• (Optional) Familiar with current cloudbased (data) infrastructures (AWS Terraform etc.)

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively

• Experience in project management

• Continuous Learning:

• A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and developments in analytics data engineering and related fields

• Team Player:

• A collaborative and supportive mindset fostering a positive team culture and mentorship within the team
