Job Description

RSM ATL is an allinclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. The company is looking for a proactive motivated and coachable Sales Representatives who are interested in getting in the door of the sales industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers vendors suppliers and technical support team.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.

Complete regularly scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to set up initial and followup appointments with customer decisionmakers.

Arrange and coordinate meetings with existing and regular clients to maintain good rapport in the market.

Provide forecasting and budgeting as directed by the management.

Timely update of client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts in the Zoho CRM.

Other salesrelated tasks as assigned.



Requirements

High School or GED or Associate Degree in Business or Marketing.

Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in Commercial Food Equipment Services is preferred.

Knowledge of Commercial Food Equipment Parts and HVAC equipment is preferred but not required.

Possess interpersonal and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks at hand.

Highly driven sales individual with a strong desire to succeed ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Proficient with any Microsoft Programs.

Familiarity with Zoho One system is a plus and preferred but can train the right candidate.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Possess a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.

Pass background checks.
