JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a confident humble and motivated candidate to join their team as a Home Buying Specialist. In this role there will be an emphasis on building rapport with prospects and clients lead management and following those leads from start to finish in order to accomplish a deal.
What we offer
Base salary of $8000 Monthly during your 6 Month Training Period.
15% commission after 6 months on all deals with first year earnings of $150000.00 expected.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Build rapport and relationships with prospects and clients in order to overcome objections
Lead management through the CRM
Respond to all leads in a timely manner and keep detailed records on all leads
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
Communicate effectively via phone email and facetoface interaction
Maintain a highlevel of professionalism
Qualifications
Previous sales experience and proven track record of success
Knowledge of the DFW area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for the real estate industry
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
Negotiation experience
