We are looking for an experienced and committed Finance and Administration Specialist to oversee financial matters and a wide range of internal processes at Fundacja ProVeg. Tasks
- Preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the Director and the Fundacja ProVeg team;
- Working with individual project managers to calculate and report on project costs;
- Monitoring and reporting on financial flows following guidelines and in collaboration with the ProVeg INT Finance Manager;
- Preparing documents and reports for accounting issuing/booking of invoices;
- Ensuring effective management and coordination of operational activities within the organization;
- Codrafting of agreements resolutions and management of document flow;
- Promote knowledge sharing information exchange and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organisational finance management;
- Languages native level of Polish fluent in English;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data and information;
- Collaborative approach and solution orientation;
- Willingness to develop knowledge and skills and excitement to learn and grow;
- Ability to work independently;
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges;
- Working with tools such as Google Workspace Asana Slack;
- Identify with our vision and mission.
