Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and committed Finance and Administration Specialist to oversee financial matters and a wide range of internal processes at Fundacja ProVeg. If you thrive in a supporting role excel in prioritising and working with little supervision you are selfmotivated trustworthy and have impeccable attention to detail get in touch! Tasks

  • Preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the Director and the Fundacja ProVeg team;
  • Working with individual project managers to calculate and report on project costs;
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial flows following guidelines and in collaboration with the ProVeg INT Finance Manager;
  • Preparing documents and reports for accounting issuing/booking of invoices;
  • Ensuring effective management and coordination of operational activities within the organization;
  • Codrafting of agreements resolutions and management of document flow;
  • Promote knowledge sharing information exchange and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in organisational finance management;
  • Languages native level of Polish fluent in English;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with data and information;
  • Collaborative approach and solution orientation;
  • Willingness to develop knowledge and skills and excitement to learn and grow;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges;
  • Working with tools such as Google Workspace Asana Slack;
  • Identify with our vision and mission.

JOB DETAILS

Reports to: Country Director ProVeg Polska

Location: Remote in Poland (preferably Warsaw)

Hours: Parttime (20h/week)
