Dealflow is a nextgeneration invoicing platform for online entrepreneurs and the only of its kind to offer free global transfers instant payouts and joyful workflow automation in one place.
Our origin
We care about founders and the self employed.

Tasks
Email marketing
- Own and drive cold outreach campaigns with the help of proprietary internal strategies
- Manage our email campaigns & automation flows via platforms such as customer.io
SEO
- Regular production of high quality original articles written with the help of insider industry expertise and AI tools.
Video content:
- Film edit and produce short form video content for various use cases such as founder branding on TikTok & Instagram paid media ads launch films internal and external vlogs etc.
- Hardskills required: Video production with iPhone / professional camera basic animation skills familiar with AI media generation tools
Customer support:
- Support with customer support when needed
Sales & HubSpot
- Filter all new customer leads and book in demo meetings through techniques such as
- Cold outreach email followups across deals email automation when relevant
- Support the CEO with sales meetings when needed
Founder assistance
- Help the founders with various admin tasks such as: Supporting LinkedIn growth for the CEO by engaging with content meeting scheduling email filtering
Requirements
- Creative genuis that is equally comfortable producing written content as well as video. 90% of the our assessment of you will be based on the quality of content you have already produced.
- Cold email experience and video production skills is highly valued
- Techsavvy and intelligent professional highly experienced with automation
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Nativelevel performance in danish and english is required
- Proficient with financial lingo and terms / strong interest to learn it
- Exceptional ability to learn fast and digest new topics faster than most
- A people person with great service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- At least 3 years of experience in a startup environment or relevant space
- No degree required but we do see top tier bachelor/master programs as a bonus point
Benefits
- Salary: Starting at 3000 / month. Includes serious warrants clear timeline to promotion / salary increase.
- We have chosen to start with salary off at 50% our normal rate for this role because we are only interested in team members who are brave enough to bet on the equity as a start like we have done ourselves.

How will we assess things
We care about dialogue. In many cases we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us than we do from the questions we ask you.
Our steps:
- Initial interview with Seb (30 45 minutes): Lets talk about what makes you you. And your accomplishments so far.
- Second interview with Sid: Run us through your technical abilities. Were a product first company so this is important.
- Final interview with Seb (1h)
- Reference call withs your (former) colleagues. At the same time youll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question.
