About the role


Our partner company is actively seeking a Sales Manager to lead the charge in driving sales growth and delivering toptier service to clients. Were on the lookout for a strategic sales person who is good at uncovering new opportunities through diverse tactics utilizing market research as a powerful tool and building a robust pipeline to ensure consistent business. As the Sales Manager youll need to understand customer needs provide guidance and support to your team and close highstakes deals.

Requirements

What you will do

Hunting and nurturing opportunities:

  • You will Identify and cultivate potential leads using inbound and outbound strategies.

  • You will drive the growth of the company through market analysis lead generation and effective pipeline management.

  • You need to maintain accurate and accessible records for efficient followup and relationshipbuilding.

  • You will manage communication and engagement with leads and customers to keep sales pipelines moving forward.

  • You need to stay informed about industry trends competitor activity and customer needs.

Collaboration and Pipeline Management:

  • You are required to collaborate closely with the CEO to transfer qualified leads and build a thriving sales pipeline.

  • You deeply understand customer needs and requirements to guide and support your team to deliver exceptional service to the clients.

  • You go beyond individual performance to the extent of creating a unified and motivated sales team that consistently exceeds expectations.

Team Leadership:

  • You lead from the front by taking decisive action to seal highvalue deals independently.

  • You are to leverage on your proactive mindset to shape your teams schedule meetings and demos for peak performance.

  • We trust you to foster a culture of initiative and independent action within your sales team.



About You

Must Haves:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of proven B2B Sales experience.

  • You have managerial experience leading and motivating a sales team.

  • You are confident in presenting and closing deals.

  • You have strong verbal communication skills with a polished presentation style.

  • You have a proactive mindset and take the initiative to adapt to the dynamic market conditions.

Nice to Haves:

  • You possess a Diploma /Bachelors degree in Business Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • You have sales experience in selling software solutions or within the IT industry.
