We are professional agile and our goal is to Sunshine Enterprise USA is proud to represent a leading player in the asphalt and concrete construction industry in Central Florida seeking skilled Construction General Laborers with successful and progressive experience in performing various manual tasks associated with construction operations..

Requirements/Qualifications:

To be eligible for consideration all applicants must possess a valid Drivers License.

2 to 3 years of Construction Operations experience Sod work (Landscaping) experience will be beneficial.

Must have knowledge and understanding of the procedures to use the tools and equipment safely and properly.

Must be able to follow verbal instructions.

Must have good vision stamina handeye coordination and ability to estimate size and dimensions.

Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.

Able to work outdoors in dusty or dirty areas.

Strong attention to detail and quality craftmanship.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.

Adaptive to different personalities and management styles

Team player with good interpersonal skills

Dedicated and hardworking

Responsibilities:

Use various hand and power tools as instructed.

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
  

• Excavate by hand ditches or trenches backfill excavations or compact and level earth to grade specifications using picks shovels pneumatic tampers or rakes.
  

• Position join align or seal structural components such as concrete wall sections or pipes.
  

• Load unload or identify building materials machinery or tools distributing them to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
  

• Position or dismantle forms for pouring concrete using saws hammers etc.
  

• Complete equipment reports on rack truck compressors.
  
• Organize and maintain tool trailers in a neat and orderly fashion.
  

Assume additional responsibilities as directed.
