Your responsibilities

  • Grow the LUMAS Contract/B2B Sales channel generating leads and closing deals in relevant A&D and Hospitality businesses.
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations with accounts Sales Agents and suppliers.
  • Develop our sales processes to ensure maximum exposure lead generation meeting closed ratio and win rate.
  • Build our contract channel by creating a comprehensive sales kit creating an international agent structure securing large scale projects and hitting win rate targets.
  • Prepare analyze and present detailed reports on sales activity projects sales pipelines agency performance and other relevant KPIs.
  • Visit clients and sales agents to strengthen relationships present new LUMAS portfolio items seek market feedback and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent LUMAS and convey our brand story and product assortment at relevant trade shows or exhibitions.

Your profile

  • A minimum of 35 years of sales experience in the A&D Art Furniture or Hospitality industry with an existing network and relationships with agents and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and optimize processes which help you work as efficiently as possible and scale the Contract/B2B channel.
  • Excellent communication skills and sales techniques in written and spoken English. German fluency a bonus.
  • Ambitious with an agile mindset. Excited about building new processes and structures from the ground up. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and accomplish core KPI targets
