The Role

Accountable for the development of relevant teamwear apparel collections which are aligned to the commercial brief and the product rangeplans. Understands and adheres to key dates and gates so that orders can be placed ontime and according to the teamwear calendar.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manages the successful completion of delivery priorities to critical path identifies potential challenges and raise awareness immediately.

Responsible for developing products across stocked and made to order (MTO) ranges from initial tech pack through to final production buyready and sign off ensuring quality expectations are achieved.

Responsible for ensuring timely approval of shipment samples prior to goods dispatch.

Works with the designers and category team on the most appropriate fabrics trims fit and construction selection to ensure end products are fit for purpose.

Ensures all design files and tech pack information is accurate and contains the information necessary for ease of understanding by factories.

Support the creative vision for the Castore brand and deliver the best execution within teamwear apparel.

Participate in product architecture/review meetings alongside crossfunctional category teams to identify and understand declining product areas and help identify opportunities for growth i.e. product offering price fabrication etc to deliver business objectives and targets.

Ensure that all range plans contain the required information and are thoroughly understood before the start of a season/project.

With designers and category team review all designs prior to going into development to ensure alignment with the commercial brief and range plan.

Participate in weekly calendar meetings calling out any risk to key dates associated impacts and options to get back ontrack where required.

Skills & Qualities

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of 4 5 years Product development experience working in similar business environment or able to demonstrate transferable skills.

Computer literacy Excel Word Outlook adobe a plus but not essential.

Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to ensure information facts and figures are accurate and free from mistakes.

Experience working crossfunctionally liaising with peer groups across a business to drive efficiencies and results.

Experience working directly with a supplier base across the globe

Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes.

Comfortable in a fastpaced and everchanging business environment with the ability to respond as needed within an appropriate timeframe.

Requires excellent interpersonal skills must be approachable personable with a positive attitude willing to help and provide support as needed. A team player

Excellent written Communication ability to present ideas on paper clearly concisely and accurately.

Able to make decisions on work issues that impact the successful completion of tasks.
