About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity seeking a HR/Payroll Business Analyst supporting the project lead. Responsible for scoping and delivering a key strategic project to introduce consistent and efficient processes and ways of working across the Group. With demonstrable experience in delivering change within Payroll & HR systems and processes you will have the necessary communication skills to build relationships with leaders across the group in adopting new and improved ways of working.



Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in HR/Payroll business analysis/project management change management and process optimisation. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated leadership abilities excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

  • Ownership of the Payroll & HR project from start to finish providing tactical oversight and ensuring its successful delivery. You will be responsible for providing clear and regular reporting to the leadership team on project status issues and ownership of solutions.
  • Drive the project to completion by leveraging resources in the broader team.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing systems and processes. Identify opportunities for streamlining and automation to enhance efficiency productivity and customer service. Document the current As Is state of payroll processes and outline the desired To Be state including welldocumented financial controls and a clear route map for implementation.
  • Ensure all process policy and knowledge documents including training and communications are created and maintained.
  • Proactively identify and escalate any projectrelated issues and risks to the Project Lead.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve these challenges effectively.
  • Support negotiations with external parties as required for the projects success. Contribute to the development of a compelling business case that outlines the benefits and returns on investment.
  • EndtoEnd Project Implementation: Oversee and coordinate all activities related to project implementation including build/configuration testing parallel running data migration communication and training.
  • Embed new processes people & technologies into the team as needed.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve highperformance levels. A leader who leads by example and fosters a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • An excellent communicator with the necessary skills to influence others and to ensure a collaborative bestpractice environment
  • Ability to deliver multifaceted complex transformational solutions
  • Ability and presence to influence across all levels of a business optimising relationships across functions and businesses
  • A forwardthinking mindset to digitisation and automation
  • Significant experience in delivering Payroll & HR systems changes
  • Ideally experience with Shared Services
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in HR and payroll administration compliance and talent management.


Desirable skills and experience:

  • Allround Business Analyst with a deep and diverse understanding of HR/Payroll processes regulations and best practices. Proven track record in endtoend HR implementation projects.
  • Strong presentation skills enabling effective communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Competency in developing HR/Payroll metrics and reports for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Experience in migrating and integrating HRIS and payroll software systems.
