Customer Service Remote - Swedish and English

On this occasion we are looking for native Swedish teleoperators who speak English and who reside in any area of the Spanish territory with a profile focused on receiving calls and customer service to support a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices for managing coverage in the event of possible incidents that clients may have.

Tasks

Receiving calls and customer service to support a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
• Native Swedish or advanced level.
• Ability to adapt to the client.

Benefits

• Competitive salary of 22.000 euros/year
• Temporary 4month contract with high possibilities of continuity.
• 100% teleworking modality.
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
• Rotating shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Two Saturdays a month).
• Online training in English within a contract.
