Laboratory Technician III

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team to build and maintain web applications using Python and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Python, with a strong focus on Django, JWT Authentication, REST API, filters, Serializers, commands. They should also have experience in SQL/Database and preferably in No-SQL databases like MongoDB. The candidate must have Docker and Docker-compose skills and have experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies like Jira. They should also be experienced in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain web applications using Python, Django, JWT Authentication, REST API, filters, Serializers, commands.

Develop, test and deploy code using agile methodologies like Scrum/Jira.

Build, deploy and manage the application using Docker and Docker-compose.

Automate the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, or other similar tools.

Monitor, troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high availability and performance.

Ensure code quality, code security, and document code using tools like Pylint, Pre-commit, and other related tools.

Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

Perform version control system tasks like Pull request, git merging, cherry pick, etc.

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other teams to resolve them.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Python Development, with a strong focus on Django, JWT Authentication, REST API, filters, Serializers, commands.

Experience in SQL/Database and preferably in No-SQL databases like MongoDB.

Must have Docker and Docker-compose skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies like Jira.

Experienced in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team.

Knowledge of Code Quality, Code Security, documenting code and other tools. Ex: Pylint, Pre-commit.

Version control system -> git concepts like Pull request, git merging, cherry pick, etc.

Knowledge of Linux system is preferable -> Ubuntu.
