The successful candidate needs to be well-organized, energetic, and service-oriented with the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a project environment.
- Experience in Major Projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Field environment HR experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment standards and related legislation.
- Familiarity with SAP/Workday or similar HRIS is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
