AboutYou • You will have experience supportingadults with complex learning disabilities. • Youneed good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be asuccess in this role. • You will have knowledgeof CQC regulations • You need to hold a Level 5Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptableequivalent) OR have the ability to achieve this within 18 months ofappointment. • You will have detailed knowledgeof Health and Safety issues, and Safeguardingregulations • If you have the passion fordelivering high quality care and support services to people withlearning disabilities and you want to make a difference to enablepeople to live a more fulfilling and independent life then this is the role for you.
