Job Description
Install, configure and maintain computers, networks and/or other IT related equipment and devices
Provide software and hardware support to multiple clients across Dubai and internal employees both in-office and remotely
Take ownership and resolve IT issues and requests to completion
Take charge and action the IT on/off boarding process to ensure a smooth start date
Escalate IT issues to the external IT service provider where appropriate
Manage the ticketing systems
Maintain IT assets & inventories
Write and update user instructions and document changes, strong documentation skills
