Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate construction project schedules to identify delays and disruptions
- Quantify and assess the impact of delays on project schedules and cost
- Prepare detailed delay analysis reports and presentations
- Provide expert advice and support to project teams on delay-related issues
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop strategies to mitigate delays and improve project performance
- Implement best practices and industry standards in delay analysis and planning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in delay analysis techniques
- Support the development of project schedules and perform schedule review and analysis
