Roles & Responsibilities
Function with a prime responsibility to build a positive company image and offer dedicated customer satisfaction
Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy -to-follow solution
Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call / query / complaints to the relevant stores sales authorized staff for a more advanced form of query resolution
Ensure through sales team, helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget, handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more and convert inquiries and queries in to deal to get more business
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the companys services need improvements
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
Forming reports based on customer queries and satisfaction statistics and helping team to develop new skills
Any other task given by the management time to time.
