Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
  
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the MR industry
  
• Strong knowledge of data analytics principles, techniques, and tools
  
• Experience in managing data analytics teams and projects
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and R
  
• Experience in developing and maintaining data analytics infrastructure and processes
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
