• Collect and analyze user data to identify trends and provide insights to improve the XR experience.
  
• Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies.
  
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
  
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to identify areas for improvement in XR applications.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that the necessary data is being collected.
  
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective design and user experience strategies.
  
• Stay up-to-date on emerging XR technologies and trends, and use this knowledge to inform analysis and insights.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and measure the success of XR applications.
  
• Advocate for data-driven decision making throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  
• Strong background in data analysis and statistics.
  
• Experience working with XR technologies and applications.
  
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify opportunities for innovation.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience conducting A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
  
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
