Job Description
We re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Representative who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the companys expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of sales. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learning speed and a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. A high school degree Willing to do and pass a background check and drug test. At least 2 years experience doing outdoor sales.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Assist potential clients to Sign up for meetings/appointments, and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- At least 5 prospects minimum every two week as a starter, but can deliver more. Note: The company will conducts a review every two weeks and make sure that you are on track. Not being able to deliver will lead to termination.
- Ensure service availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
This position is an Independent Contractor position.
Compensation Pay: $400 when a client that you brought works with us for at least 4 hours a day for that pay period cycle.
