Job Description

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Part-time / Possible Full Time DOE
Salary: $17.00 - 22.00 an hour
Location: Downtown Savannah, GA

BluWorkz is a people-centric company that uses technology to help under served communities gain employment in the supply chain and logistics industry through virtual reality and other digital training tools. We are seeking a detailed, well-organized individual to support all business operations, including Administration, Sales, Assembly, Inventory, and More!


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks from administrative duties to general assembly of parts, including standing for long periods of time, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs
    Handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing paperwork, mailing/shipping, office cleaning, and ordering suppliesProvide support to every business operation, including Sales, Administration, and Product Management
  • Perform data entry and operate small office equipment such as copy machines and multi-line telephone systems

  • Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory adjustment/audits, and kit assembly

  • Collaborate with other colleagues and departments and execute and drive deliverable timelines

  • Perform other related duties as assgned.



Requirements

  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs and basic computer skills

  • Time management and organization skills

  • Written and verbal communication skills, basic math skills

  • Valid driver s license

  • Ability to lift boxes and organize inventory, up to 50lbs, and follow safety, operation, and maintenance procedures
