Restaurant Manager Arab

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate master production schedule in accordance with Sales & Operation plan.
  
• Balance production and inventory levels to support and reach goals related to customer service levels with input from sales.
  
• Reschedules the shop floor as required to meet lead-time requirements.
  
• Monitoring and publishing the Capacity Planning Report/Earned hours - work directly with operations to resolve any and all issues concerning the shop load.
  
• Provide lead-times when requested from sales based on Operations capabilities/capacity load.
  
• Work with sales and supervisors to resolve conflicts within the schedule for short lead-time requests.
  
• Performs capacity planning as required to verify Master Schedule accuracy and compliance.
  
• Schedules and coordinate the flow of work within or between manufacturing departments based on customer orders, established priorities, and ability or capability of workers, parts, materials, and equipment.

Education and/or Experience:

• 4-year university bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required
  
• 5+ years scheduling experience in a contract-manufacturing (Machining) environment.
  
• Excellent computer skills, including the knowledge and application of Office Suite including Access and ERP Software. Epicor a plus.
  
• Excellent Verbal & written skills
  
• Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers, coworkers and subordinates; includes the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  
• APICS certification preferred.
