Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Zoho Developer with relevant experience in Software Development that will work with customize Zoho applications and work with multiple departments to update and create new procedures. The Zoho Developer must be able to train other team members on process creation, implementation, and updates to receive support from the Platform Management team in continued use of Zoho applications.


Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor Platform Management team members, for instance, by coaching members in performance needs or providing adequate technical solutions from expertise and knowledge.

  • Create team goals according to the organizations requirements and needs.

  • Evaluate team talent, identify gaps, and implement initiatives to fill gaps and drive achievement of goals.

  • Leverage the skillset and experience of all team members with equitable decision-making processes.

  • Suggest best technology tools and practices to increase team efficiency

  • Resolve technical issues and bugs

  • Writing scripts in Deluge

  • Understand the scope of work and work with the leadership team to convert their ideas quickly to workflow and execute the work.

  • Create understanding between technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Train, support and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.

  • Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience

  • Manage software requirements and maintain health of systems.

  • Carry out technical documentation of work



Requirements

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Have a functional understanding of the entire Zoho Suite (Creator, CRM, People, Recruit, etc.) and have an understanding of the details and processes of those functions.

  • Proficient in Deluge and Coding Languages (Java, Python, Javascript, C++, SQL, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must speak fluent English


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master's in Technical field or related Industry or Equivalent Expertise

  • 3+ years of technical leadership

Locations preferred: Mexico, Romania, Ukraine, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Jamaica, Panama, Ecuador, Honduras, Chile, Peru, Columbia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Guyana, Argentina, Brazil
