Evergreen Investments is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Duluth, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and possess leadership skills to manage a diverse team. Candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills, be able to handle multiple projects at a time, produce work with a high level of accuracy and meet critical deadlines. Knowledge of commercial real estate is helpful but not required.
The candidate who will best fit this role must have a marketing degree with hands-on experience with all forms of brand management, digital media, advertising management, website management, event management, public relations exposure, and talent to creatively lead and train team with their marketing plans. The candidate will be involved with hiring and should be capable of working independently and have an above average ambition to learn and grow within the organization.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Develop, manage and measure targeted marketing campaigns
Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
Manage the marketing and communications strategy within corporate guidelines
Prepare and adhere to budgets.
Event management and coordination
Help Marketing team reach their goals, monitor and track team s performance
Manage Video production and utilization for firm, project and personal marketing
Creatively direct the design of print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyse customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Ensure all marketing tasks are executed in accordance with the company s SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Create and schedule e-mail campaigns and maintain both mailing and client lists.
Create and execute various client property/development project focused campaigns: both digital and print.
Understand and execute advanced Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ad strategies; as well as Google analytics management.
Work with multiple departments to coordinate and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
Engage other organizations within the community.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Education and Experience:
College Graduates with a bachelor s degree in Marketing/Finance/Real Estate will be valued.
Proficient in All MS Office products (or Google equivalents).
Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Suite of products helpful.
Marketing: 4+ years (Preferred).
